Last updated: January 25, 2026
At EdAmplified, we believe that the relationship between educators and their tools should be built on trust, transparency, and mutual respect. These Terms of Service are designed to be clear, fair, and protective of your rights as an educator.
We're committed to privacy-first principles: we don't collect student data, we don't train AI on your content, and we don't sell your information. These aren't just policies—they're core to how we've built our platform.
We've written these terms in plain language because we believe you shouldn't need a lawyer to understand how you can use our service. If anything is unclear, please reach out—we're here to help.
